Roofing Sales Representative – Insurance Restoration

100% Commission | Uncapped Earnings
Midtown Home Improvements is expanding our insurance roofing division in Nashville, and we’re looking for hungry, competitive salespeople who want to build a serious income.
This is not an hourly canvassing position.
You’ll prospect neighborhoods, speak with homeowners affected by hail and wind damage, set roof inspections, help homeowners through the insurance process, and earn commission on the business you generate and close.
If you’re comfortable knocking doors, talking to strangers, competing, and being paid based on your results, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do
Door knock targeted storm-damaged neighborhoods
Generate your own roofing opportunities
Perform or coordinate free roof inspections
Help homeowners understand the insurance restoration process
Meet with adjusters when necessary
Sign contingency agreements
Follow your customers from inspection through contract
Close roofing projects
Build referrals within neighborhoods
Compensation
100% commission. No cap.
Your income is tied directly to the amount of business you produce.
This position is designed for someone who wants the opportunity to earn six figures, not someone looking for an hourly paycheck.
Strong performers should be targeting $100,000–$200,000+ annually, with significantly more opportunity for elite producers as our roofing division grows.
What We’re Looking For
Roofing experience is great, but it isn’t required.

Previous experience in roofing, solar, pest control, alarms, home improvement, car sales, D2D, insurance or commission sales is a major plus.
