is hiring Sales Associates to join our energetic team. With over 20,000 boots from top national brands like Justin, J.B. Dillon, Masterson, Harley Davidson, Sterling River, and more, we’re proud to be a leader in the western and work boot industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and memorable shopping experience
• Help customers find the perfect pair of boots with expert product knowledge and friendly guidance
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet sales goals and elevate customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on product features, promotions, and store policies

Who We’re Looking For:

• A people-person with a genuine passion for helping others
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers face-to-face
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail setting
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus—but not required
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or GED

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements: 

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
• Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
