Position Overview
Â
As a Sales Supervisor, you will serve as a driving force and inspirational leader, guiding, developing, and empowering your sales team to achieve excellence. You will foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture by training, coaching, and supervising direct reports across assigned location(s). With a strong balance of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership, you will ensure sales goals are met, customer relationships are strengthened, and company objectives are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead with purpose by supporting the Sales Manager in overseeing all aspects of location operations—including staffing, training, inventory management, finance, systems, and facilities—to drive revenue growth and exceed financial objectives.
- Champion accountability by analyzing and controlling expenditures, ensuring effective P&L management, and promoting fiscal responsibility.
- Inspire results by executing strategies that consistently achieve or surpass sales goals, KPIs, and customer satisfaction standards.
- Stay ahead of the market by leveraging up-to-date knowledge of customers, competitors, and industry trends to anticipate opportunities and deliver winning solutions.
- Drive collaboration and structure by supporting the Sales Manager with channel development, territory alignment, quotas, routing optimization, and overall sales distribution strategies.
- Empower performance by setting clear goals, reviewing sales data, and coaching the team to reach higher levels of achievement and growth.
- Foster relationships with key accounts—partnering with sales representatives on complex negotiations, securing long-term customer loyalty, and closing strategic deals.
- Cultivate talent by recruiting, developing, and retaining top performers while implementing succession planning to ensure long-term team and organizational success.
- Promote safety and accountability by modeling safe work practices, enforcing compliance, and ensuring team members meet all safety and operational standards.
- Act as a connector by collaborating with other departments to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives and strategy.
- Represent the brand at trade shows, association meetings, and community events, elevating the visibility and reputation of the company.
- Lead with integrity by carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws, while setting the standard for professionalism and ethical conduct.
- May be asked to perform additional duties, as necessary.

Position Requirements
Â
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- 3 years of management or supervisory experience in a sales environment
- You must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. CDL is required for vehicles 26,000 lbs. or greater.
- DOT medical certification, COVID vaccination, and successful completion of a pre-employment physical required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and handheld point-of-sale systems preferred.
- Internal Only: Experience with Community Coffee, even if unrelated, may fulfill this requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources
