Senior Compensation Consultant, Fusion Applications & Database Product Development

We are looking for a talented compensation professional to join Oracle's Global Compensation Consulting Team. As a Senior Compensation Consultant, you will provide strategic compensation consultation and program support to Oracle's Fusion Applications and Database Product Development organizations.

You will partner closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Advisors, Product Development leaders, Finance, and the Compensation Center of Excellence to design and deliver compensation solutions that enable Oracle to attract, motivate, and retain world-class engineering talent. The ideal candidate has significant compensation consulting experience supporting software engineering organizations, strong analytical and modeling capabilities, expertise in equity compensation, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where business priorities evolve quickly.
