Camp Widjiwagan of the YMCA of Middle Tennessee is Now Hiring for a Senior General Maintenance Tech, Camp Widjiwagan

Position Type: Full-time

Pay Range starts at $19 per hour (or more depending on experience)

Hey there! We’re on the lookout for a skilled, hands-on pro to join our awesome team at the YMCA of Middle TN Camp Widjiwagan. As our Senior General Maintenance Tech, Camp Widjiwagan, you’ll help keep our facilities running smoothly and safely—think HVAC, plumbing, pool care, vehicles, and everything in between.

You’ll be a key player in overseeing preventative maintenance, responding to work orders (we use Facility Dude), and tackling fun projects around our beautiful property. Every day is different, and your impact will be huge!

Here’s what we’re looking for:

Minimum Age: 18
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
5+ years of experience in general maintenance (tools, repairs, vehicles—you name it)
Basic wood-working/painting skills a big plus
Understanding of OSHA regs
Certifications:
Before Day 1: New Hire Orientation
Within 30 days: CPR/First Aid
Within 6 months: Pool Operator & Adult Mental Health First Aid
