YOUR LIFE AS A SERVICE CASHIER - SCHEDULER

This full-time scheduling position would work the following:

Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM with either Wednesday or Thursday off!

Saturday: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

As a Service Cashier - Scheduler, you help schedule appointments for our customers both in person and over the phone. Once the service is completed, you will proceed to cash out the customers while ensuring that all totals and payments are accurate. If any customers express concerns, you make your best effort to provide assistance or direct them to the appropriate team member who can provide better assistance. At the end of each shift, you balance your closed tickets and make sure the cashier area is clean and organized.

Being a team player, you are open to cross-training in other dealership areas that require your administrative and customer service skills. As necessary, you help with rentals and direct customers to the appropriate service area. Your satisfaction stems from utilizing your office expertise to assist others, and it brings you a lot of joy to thrive in this scheduling position.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Excellent customer service skills

Scheduling or receptionist experience is preferred, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration. If you can meet these requirements and perform this administrative job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our customer service team!
