What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and oversee all maintenance operations for a multifamily apartment community
  • Manage and develop maintenance team members to ensure high-quality service and performance
  • Coordinate and prioritize work orders, preventive maintenance programs, and emergency repairs
  • Oversee apartment turns and make-ready schedules to support occupancy goals
  • Ensure community systems, equipment, and amenities are maintained in excellent condition
  • Manage vendor relationships, inventory, and maintenance budgets
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, safety programs, and OSHA requirements
  • Support capital improvement projects and property inspections
  • Participate in on-call rotations and respond to maintenance emergencies as needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous Service Manager, Lead Maintenance Technician, or Maintenance Supervisor experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general maintenance
  • EPA Certification required or ability to obtain as required by local regulations
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to develop maintenance teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Commitment to resident service, safety, and quality workmanship
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid Driver's License and insured operable vehicle (Mileage Reimbursement offered)
