Sr Compensation Program Manager, Pay Architecture, Data Centers

We are seeking an experienced compensation professional to join our Data Center Compensation team and support the growth of our global data center footprint.  In this role, you will design and implement compensation programs for a diverse, rapidly evolving technical workforce.
