Job DetailsJob Location: Stratford, CT 06615Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 SalaryDESCRIPTION The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading Two Roads Brewing Company's end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring the timely procurement of raw materials and packaging, maintaining inventory accuracy, developing production schedules, and supporting efficient brewery operations. Reporting to the Vice President of Production, this position partners closely with Brewing, Packaging, Quality Assurance, Logistics, Sales, and Finance to align production capacity with customer demand while driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate is an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in manufacturing who enjoys solving complex operational challenges in a fast-paced environment. Essential Responsibilities Lead procurement activities for brewing ingredients, packaging materials, and production supplies. Develop and maintain production schedules that support customer demand and manufacturing capacity. Manage inventory levels to ensure material availability while minimizing excess inventory. Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and monitor supplier performance. Utilize ERP and MRP systems to manage purchasing, inventory planning, production scheduling, and reporting. Coordinate daily production planning activities across Brewing, Packaging, Quality Assurance, and Logistics. Analyze supply chain performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels. Monitor key performance indicators including inventory accuracy, supplier performance, production schedule attainment, and inventory turns. Support budgeting, forecasting, and inventory valuation activities. Lead continuous improvement initiatives across procurement, planning, and inventory management. Support new product launches, contract brewing operations, and other strategic initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsQualifications Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Production Planning, Inventory Management, or Operations within a manufacturing environment. Experience managing procurement, inventory planning, supplier relationships, and production scheduling. Strong understanding of manufacturing supply chain operations. Experience using ERP and MRP systems in a manufacturing environment. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data analysis. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.   Preferred Qualifications Experience in the brewing, beverage, food, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry. Experience with OrchestratedBEER or similar manufacturing ERP systems. Experience with Power BI, SQL, or other business intelligence and reporting tools.
