Our portfolio includes 15 brands and thousands of unique products.  Position Title: Supply Chain Specialist Job Overview Growve Nashville is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to work with several key omni-channel sales brands. As an Operations team, we support the sales and marketing efforts of the company with a strong infrastructure that supports growth and innovation and can scale as the company grows. Orders require timely processing, and continuous follow up in an effort to maintain an uninterrupted supply chain and strict adherence to required shipping and arrival dates.  The operations team is responsible for all sourcing of raw materials, packaging components and finished goods as dictated by reporting and forecasting. Ongoing communication with suppliers and contract manufacturers requires harvest and maintain valuable beneficial relationships with business partners. This position will also be required to communicate effectively with all levels of management to ensure that there is clarity across the company with all supply chain related matters.    Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with all departments to make sure delivery deadlines/inventory goals are met these primarily include purchasing, scheduling, forecasting, production, shipping & may include others Monitor material inventories, track progress of production, & review factors which affect schedules Manage daily in-stock items for all replenished SKUs to meet/exceed customer requirements for fill-rates & arrive-by dates Management of monthly forecasting process, working with all available resources to achieve complete accuracy Identification of both cost & inventory reductions for savings/efficiency Creation & maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Assessment/dissemination of vendor performance Purchase of products, raw materials, & services to fulfill demands Research of alternative sources to reduce costs & improve service level The ability to know when to intervene and/or expedite orders, & the problem-solving skills to bring issues to a satisfactory resolution Required Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills Supply Chain experience, with primary focus in either procurement or forecasting, ideally with a consumer products company.  Strong desire for someone with experience within the health and wellness space who understands supplements, probiotics, functional ingredients and nutrients The ability to analyze data, find meaningful insights, & note important trends Strong computer skills, with Microsoft Office proficiency (an Excel or Google Sheets superuser!) Proven ability to meet tight deadlines Customer-focused & the ability to work with all levels of an organization Superior communication skills, with a strong attention to detail MRP systems experience (a must!) Bachelors’ degree strongly preferred (or combination of education & experience) Passion for personal and team development Ability to work across a large organization Experience maintaining metrics Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management along with 3-5 years of relevant experience. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
