Job Description – What you’ll do

The Player Engagement Intern reports directly to the Director of Player Engagement and the Director of Player & Family Affairs and provides comprehensive support to the Player Engagement Department. This role works closely with players, coaches, football staff, and their families to enhance the overall player experience both on and off the field. The intern plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the team, with a primary focus on executing Player Engagement initiatives. Core responsibilities include assisting with daily player-related needs, supporting onboarding efforts for new and transitioning players, maintaining accurate and up-to-date player information, and providing off-field support as needed. Additionally, this position supports family engagement efforts by assisting with the coordination and execution of family programming, including open practices and other team-hosted events. The intern contributes to planning and delivering these experiences while maintaining and updating the databases, guides, and information systems used to organize and execute family-related events and initiatives.
- Support Director of Player Engagement and Director of Player & Family Affairs with daily tasks, operations, and ongoing projects.
- Update and maintain player information database by keeping track of all current player information as roster changes occur.Â
- Assist with onboarding and transition support for newly signed players to facilitate a smooth adjustment to the organization.
- Provide general support to players’ off-field needs.
- Manage inventory and organization of the player supply area, including monitoring stock levels and replenishing items as needed.
- Assist players in preparing for the regular season by supporting housing coordination and relocation needs.
- Communicate schedule updates, event details, and important information to players and staff.
- Maintain and regularly revise all informational guides pertaining to relocation and resources for new players and families.
- Assist with the setup and management of the family check-in process and family tent at all open Training Camp practices.
- Provide real-time assistance to player families, ensuring a positive and organized experience.
- Support initiatives that encourage engagement among families of players, coaches, and football staff.
- Assist with game-day operations during preseason home games.
- Contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of family-focused events throughout training camp and in preparation for the regular season.
- Maintain and update databases, guides, and internal systems used to organize and execute player and family programming.

Requirements – What you’ll bring

Education
- Degree from a college or university required
Â
Experience
- 1+ year of experience in Player Engagement, Football Operations, or Recruiting Operations (preferred)
- Background in college or professional athletics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Effective project and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Creative, flexible, and self-motivated
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
- Potential to work off hours such as weekends or Holidays
- In office position located at the Titans training facility in Nashville, TN
