Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Nashville - Nashville, TN 37207Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: High SchoolSalary Range: $21.00 - $22.00Job Shift: Day ShiftGENERAL SUMMARY & SCOPE As the Warehouse Lead you will be responsible for leading an efficient, productive and safe team, while meeting or exceeding daily production requirements.  Ensure good work attitudes, atmosphere and communication to maximize productivity.  Must be proficient in leading your team’s training, development, and writing performance appraisals.  This position will oversee anywhere from 2 - 5 hourly associates depending on time of year.   PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (Essential Functions)   Have general knowledge of warehouse management systems Manage current and future inventory Conduct cycle counts, reduce product shrink, and manage aged inventory Gather all necessary information at end of each shift and send daily recap of work completed Leads a team of employees in a technical, fast paced, deadline driven environment that emphasizes process automation. Spends majority of work day on warehouse floor to provide visible leadership to employees, and drive a motivated, positive, productive work force to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Must be able to identify, coach and develop employees through training, performance reviews, coaching, support and delegation as appropriate for their development level. Provides input and feedback to VP of Operations in regards to employee performance and provides feedback.  Takes timely action to improve performance. Establishes an environment that is conducive to collaboration and team work which promotes positive employee relations and takes steps to prevent or diffuse conflicts. Manage day to day operations of the fulfillment center.     SPECIAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS Work additional hours and/or days as needed, particularly during high volume periods, to ensure that departmental objectives are accomplished. Must be able to operate Powered handling equipment.  Fork truck, Stock picker, pallet truck ect. WORKING CONDITIONS Significant walking, bending, standing and climbing stairs Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs. Qualifications
