SEKO MedTec is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Manager to lead daily warehouse, logistics, distribution, and fulfillment operations at our Antioch, TN facility.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Warehouse Supervisor, Operations Supervisor, Distribution Supervisor, Warehouse Manager, Fulfillment Supervisor, or Logistics Supervisor looking to expand their leadership responsibilities and make a direct impact on a growing operation.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment operations
• Interview, train, and develop employees
• Ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency
• Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and customer service metrics
• Partner with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure operational success
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, fulfillment, supply chain, manufacturing, or transportation operations

2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience

Experience hiring, training, and developing employees

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Experience with inventory management, warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping, receiving, and fulfillment operations

 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment
