Job DetailsJob Location: Whites Creek, TN 37189Job Shift: DayJob Title: Wash bay Location: Nashville, TN Department: Operations / Maintenance Reports To: Fleet Manager Job Type: Full-Time Company: Dreamliner Coaches   Position Summary Dreamliner Coaches is seeking a dependable and hardworking Wash bay in Nashville, TN, responsible exclusively for washing and detailing the exterior of our luxury motorcoach fleet. This role is essential to maintaining the professional image and appearance of our vehicles before they go out on the road.   Key Responsibilities Thoroughly wash and rinse the exterior of motorcoaches using hoses, pressure washers, brushes, and approved cleaning solutions Clean wheels, mirrors, windows, and body panels Ensure removal of dirt, road grime, bugs, and debris from all visible surfaces Dry exterior surfaces to avoid water spots when required Perform spot checks for cleanliness and appearance before vehicle dispatch Maintain cleanliness of the wash bay area and report any equipment issues Safely operate cleaning equipment and follow company safety protocols Report any visible exterior damage (e.g., scratches, dents, broken lights) to the Fleet Manager   Qualifications Required: Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Willingness to work in various weather conditions Must pass a background check and drug screening Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods Qualifications
