Heavy Equipment Instructor

Join us at Lincoln Tech/NADC (Nashville Auto-Diesel College) in Nashville, TN! We are hiring full-time and part-time skilled Heavy Equipment Repair Technicians to share their knowledge and experience as instructors in our Heavy Equipment program. No teaching experience required. Lincoln Tech/NADC has successfully transitioned tradespeople into effective educators.

Requirements

• 3+ years of field experience
• OEM or equivalent industry-related training
• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Teach Heavy Equipment Technology using well-established curricula
• Demonstrate Heavy Equipment expertise in our fully equipped facility
• Encourage student performance and growth skills
• Create a focused and engaged learning environment
• Support the academic success of our students
• Prepare students for a career in Heavy Equipment Technology
