Key Responsibilities:

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and staff facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene

- Make beds, change linens, and replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels

- Vacuum, dust, sweep, mop, and perform deep cleaning tasks as required

- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly

- Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff

- Assist with laundry duties and stock replenishment as needed

- Provide courteous and professional service to guests, addressing any special requests or concerns

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar role is preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

- Good physical stamina and mobility to perform cleaning tasks

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
