This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning their HVAC career or looking to expand their hands-on experience. You will work alongside experienced technicians to perform maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and installations for residential and commercial HVAC systems while developing your technical skills and advancing your career.Â

What you’ll doÂ
- Assist senior technicians with HVAC maintenance, repairs, service calls, and installations for residential and commercial customers.Â
- Perform preventative maintenance on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.Â
- Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic HVAC components under the guidance of experienced technicians.Â
- Complete basic repairs and maintenance tasks independently as skills develop.Â
- Deliver outstanding customer service by communicating professionally and respectfully with customers.Â
- Work closely with the customer service and dispatch teams to ensure efficient scheduling and excellent customer satisfaction.Â
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at every job site.Â
- Keep company vehicles stocked, clean, and organized.Â
- Complete work orders, service reports, and other required paperwork accurately and on time.Â
- Follow all company safety policies and industry best practices.Â
- Participate in ongoing training to expand technical knowledge and advance within the company.Â

QualificationsÂ
- High school diploma or equivalentÂ
- HVAC trade school graduate or 0–2 years of HVAC experience preferredÂ
- EPA Certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of hireÂ
- Valid driver's license with a good driving recordÂ
- Ability to lift equipment, work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and perform the physical demands of the jobÂ
