ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Check vehicles to ensure they are mechanically sound and road safe. Check emergency equipment and supplies to make sure they are stocked and functional.聽
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions, following signals from loading crew and checking that vehicle and loading equipment are properly positioned.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Collect delivery instructions from appropriate sources, verifying instructions and routes.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Report vehicle defects, accidents, traffic violations, or damage to the vehicles.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Secure cargo for transport, using ropes, blocks, chain, binders, or covers.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Deliver excellent customer service to safely receive, secure, and transport donations. Provide donation receipts and other helpful resources to customers.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Inventory and inspect goods to be moved to determine quantities and conditions.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Communicate with supervisors, other drivers and the broader team to proactively identify and resolve issues.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as adding oil, fuel, or radiator fluid or performing minor repairs.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Read and interpret maps and GPS to determine vehicle routes.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Load and unload trucks or help others with loading and unloading; safely employ material handling equipment for appropriate tasks.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Receive donated items at the store, sort and supply Production Associates with raw materials to meet daily production goals.
路聽 聽 聽 聽 Other duties as assigned by store management

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum Experience: 3 years of non-CDL truck driving.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- The Truck Driver works in warehousing, transitory, and outdoor environments with fluctuating temperatures, precipitation, and noise levels.
