Symphony Lounge- Lobby Bar   Key Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked. Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Process payments and keep accurate records of transactions. Assist in menu knowledge, promoting specials and signature cocktails. Proficient knowledge of classic cocktails and wine, beer, and spirits. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and stand for long periods. Ability to obtain valid TABC Server Permit within first sixty (60) days of employment
