Inside The Joseph, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville - 21 floors above the bustling city streets of Nashville's SoBro neighborhood, Rose is a retreat high above the city. The expansive spa feels airy and open, featuring 6 treatment rooms, a full-service salon, oversized locker rooms complete with "experience" showers, and a relaxation room. Dedicated to orchestrating a serene transition between services, all environmental elements at Rose come together to create a feeling of space and peace. Bleached oak and woven fabrics, high ceilings and soft neutral tones impart an impression of being at home, where one may fully relax.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU DO

You assess each guest needs and inquire about contraindications before beginning services. You escort guests to/from the spa suite and frequently check with them to promote comfort, safety and security throughout service. You utilize the tools, equipment, and products provided to best service the guest and their unique needs. You maintain cleanliness of the workstation and treatment room throughout shift while disposing of trash and dirty linens and securing supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Monitor and stick to the time schedule throughout the day and finally ensure that each guest leaves with a memorable experience.
