What You Will Do as a Merchandising Intern:
Assist in department organizational needs
- Merchandising showrooms
- Cleaning /Organizing work rooms
- Prepping rooms for presentations
Assist in product needs
- Issue Sample orders
- Ship garments
- Cull obsolete inventory
- Issue Style Change Requests
- Prepping product for presentations
- Line analysis
- Competitive Analysis
Skills for Success:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Work, Excel)
- Web Savvy
- Ability to work independently
- Have the ability to multi-task, work in an organized manner and be detailed oriented.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Merchandising/Product Development education or experience preferred but not necessary.
- Time Management
