Join Ally Psychiatry |PRN - IP Role



Ally Psychiatry is seeking dedicated Psychiatric Physician Assistants (PAs) and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our growing team in the Nashville, TN market.


This is an onsite IP role, primarily for occasional weekend coverage.

Key Responsibilities


• Perform comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Manage medications for patients, including those with substance use disorders.

• Deliver high-quality inpatient and/or outpatient psychiatric care.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation standards.

Requirements

 • Board Certified PMHNP or Physician Assistant with psychiatric experience (or strong mental health background).

• Licensed or license-eligible in Tennessee.

• Required Tennessee DEA or eligible to obtain.

• Comfortable working in an inpatient psychiatric setting.

• Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage acute psychiatric presentations.

• Collaborative, adaptable, and committed to patient-centered care.

• Seeking a flexible schedule within a stable, supportive organization.
