Lead Barista – Café Between at Caption by Hyatt Nashville

At Café Between, we believe great coffee is just the beginning — it’s the connection, the smile, the “you made my morning” moment that makes it special. Located in the heart of The Gulch inside the Caption by Hyatt, Café Between blends the energy of a neighborhood café with the rhythm of a hotel hotspot.
We’re looking for a Full-time Lead Barista who’s more than a coffee maker — someone who’s part storyteller, part mixologist, and part day-brightener. If you love creating great drinks, good vibes, and genuine connections, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Craft espresso drinks, cold brews, and creative specials that make guests come back for more
- Welcome guests with warmth, personality, and conversation that feels authentic — not scripted
- Keep the café looking fresh, stocked, and ready to roll
- Team up with servers and bartenders to keep service flowing from morning through evening
- Be part of a culture that celebrates individuality, rhythm, and hospitality with heart
