THE ROLE
The Technical Project Manager is responsible for leading technically complex, cross‑pod initiatives that span multiple teams. This role serves as the end‑to‑end project owner for initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, systems, and dependencies, ensuring clear execution, technical alignment, and delivery accountability.Â
The position acts as a central coordinator and single point of ownership for client and internal initiatives, translating high‑level business or technical goals into structured workstreams, timelines, and dependencies while managing risk and escalation across teams.Â
RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
Cross‑Functional Technical Project LeadershipÂ
- Lead technically complex, multi‑pod initiatives spanning Applications, Acceleration, Intelligence, Analytics, and ProductÂ
- Act as the end‑to‑end project owner and primary coordinator for cross‑functional technical initiativesÂ
- Serve as the central point of accountability across multiple teams and stakeholdersÂ
Planning, Execution & DeliveryÂ
- Translate high‑level goals into clear technical workstreams, milestones, owners, and dependenciesÂ
- Coordinate integrations, data flows, automation dependencies, and certification workflowsÂ
- Maintain project plans that reflect evolving scope, dependencies, and technical constraintsÂ
Status, Risk & Escalation ManagementÂ
- Lead ongoing status tracking, risk identification, and issue escalation across technical stakeholdersÂ
- Maintain a single source of truth for project‑level status, decisions, risks, and dependenciesÂ
- Proactively identify delivery risks and coordinate mitigation or escalation as neededÂ
Stakeholder & Client SupportÂ
- Partner closely with technical, product, and business teams to drive alignment and executionÂ
- Join client calls when required to provide progress updates, technical clarity, and delivery contextÂ
- Ensure stakeholders have clear visibility into progress, risks, and tradeoffsÂ
Process Stabilization & StandardizationÂ
- Support standardization of recurring technical workflows where appropriateÂ
- Manage and stabilize custom or edge‑case processes until they are suitable for automation or transition to business‑as‑usual (BAU) ownership
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–6+ years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related roleÂ
- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional, technically complex initiativesÂ
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and technology dependenciesÂ
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders across teams and disciplinesÂ
- Excellent organization, communication, and documentation skillsÂ
- Comfortable operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving requirementsÂ
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Experience working with data platforms, applications, analytics, or automation systemsÂ
- Familiarity with product, engineering, or data‑adjacent workflowsÂ
- Experience participating in or leading client‑facing technical initiativesÂ

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000, depending on location and experience.Â
