Job Summary: 

 

Arch Amenities Group, the global leader in spa, fitness, and leisure management, is hiring a Spa Supervisor to assist the Spa Manager and Spa Director in overseeing daily spa operations. This position is responsible for supervising spa concierge team members, service providers, maintaining high standards of service, supporting team development, and ensuring the facility runs smoothly and efficiently.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support a team of spa concierge and service providers to meet guest satisfaction and professional service standards.
  • Manage trainings of all spa staff.
  • Oversee daily appointment flow and ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards in all spa areas.
  • Manage inventory and submit monthly product counts.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring positive guest relations.
  • Create and implement spa operating procedures with the manager.
  • Assist with spa promotions, events, and marketing initiatives.
  • Help design new spa services and treatment offerings as needed.
  • Provide coaching and performance feedback; participate in annual reviews and apply discipline as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments and assist team members to meet guest needs.
  • Monitor certifications and professional requirements of all service providers.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a spa or hospitality environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and leadership skills.
  • Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Organizational and multitasking capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Comfortable in sales and promotional activities.
  • Able to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
  • Physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs as required.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Exposure to spa-related chemicals, moisture, and varying indoor temperatures.
