About the Role:

The Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. This position is responsible for managing all front desk activities, including greeting guests, checking-in clients, and handling inquiries efficiently. The receptionist ensures smooth communication between departments and supports administrative tasks to maintain office organization. By managing appointment schedules and coordinating clients, the role contributes to the overall operational efficiency of the organization. Ultimately, the Front Desk Receptionist helps uphold the company’s professional image and fosters a friendly atmosphere.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment such as phones, computers, and printers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Organized, multi-tasker
  • Previous experience in a veterinary clinic.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage the scheduled appointments.
  • Handle clients picking up medications.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
