Sales & Customer Success Representative

Pay: $38,000 - $45,000 per year

This is a hands-on position that combines customer service, sales, account management, deliveries, and problem-solving. Every day is different, and there is a clear path to advancement into store management for motivated team members.

What You'll Do

Help customers find furniture, appliances, and electronics they'll love
Build relationships with customers in-store, by phone, and in the community
Manage customer accounts and payment collections by phone and field visits
Assist with deliveries, pickups, and merchandise setup
Assemble furniture and prepare merchandise for the showroom
Maintain attractive showroom displays
Help customers resolve issues and find solutions
Load and unload merchandise
Support daily store operations and team goals

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Great communication and people skills
Customer service experience preferred
Comfortable using computers and technology
Self-motivated and dependable
Ability to lift and move furniture and appliances
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Comfortable working both inside the store and out in the field

Schedule

Typically around 45 hours per week:

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
One weekday off
Sundays off
