Role Overview

In this position, you'll assist clients with researching destinations, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing personalized guidance throughout the planning process. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a flexible work-from-home environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to discuss their travel plans, vacation preferences, schedules, and budgets
  • Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, tours, and local attractions
  • Recommend travel options that best match each client's interests, budget, and travel style
  • Coordinate reservations, itineraries, and travel-related services through approved booking platforms
  • Prepare and distribute travel confirmations, itineraries, travel documents, and pre-departure information
  • Assist with reservation modifications, itinerary adjustments, cancellations, and special travel accommodations
  • Review bookings to help ensure all travel details are accurate before departure
  • Provide timely updates and ongoing support throughout the travel planning experience
  • Maintain organized client files, reservation records, and communication history using company systems
  • Collaborate with preferred travel partners to provide high-quality travel solutions and client support
  • Participate in ongoing supplier training, destination education, and professional development opportunities
