Center Director / Co-Director (Early Childhood Education) – Natick
Location: The Learning Experience – Natick, MA
Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Natick is seeking a collaborative Center Director / Co-Director to help guide operations, staff development, and program quality across the school.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to manage daily center operations
- Â Support teacher training, mentoring, and classroom quality
- Â Ensure compliance with all Massachusetts EEC requirements
- Â Maintain strong enrollment and retention practices
- Â Monitor financial performance and operational goals
- Â Strengthen family engagement and community relationships
Qualifications
- Director I and Director II certification required
- Â Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business, or related field preferred
- Â Minimum 2 years center leadership experience required
- Â Strong organizational and team development skills
