What You’ll Do Supervise and support nurses and certified nursing assistants (CNAs) during the night shift Monitor resident care and respond to changes in condition Provide direct nursing care as needed Ensure treatments, medications, documentation, and care plans are completed accurately Communicate important updates to physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team Help maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment QualificationsWhat You’ll Need Current, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license Graduate of an accredited or approved RN program At least two years of RN experience Previous supervisory or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills   Why Join Mary Ann Morse?
