Schedule service appointments Advise on recommended maintenance Confirm scheduled & missed appointments Interacting with external vendors on service department inventory needs  REQUIREMENTS: Must have strong a strong customer service background Must have strong good computer skills  Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be punctual and reliable *Please no phone calls -- a representative from Frank Motors will reach out to you directly to discuss next steps.*
