Yard Operations Helper

Location: Navsota, TX 77868
Schedule: Day Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
OVERTIME ON WEEKENDS IS SCHEDULED AS NEEDED

Job Overview

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking c to join our team. This position plays a key role in maintaining yard operations, supporting material handling activities, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Candidates must be dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading forklift trucks.
• Break bundles and place stripping between layers at pipe storage racks.
• Apply identification stickers to pipe products.
• Perform weed control around rack areas, including cutting and spraying.
• Pick up trash and maintain cleanliness throughout assigned work areas.
• Support general housekeeping and yard maintenance activities.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license required (or ability to obtain one).
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic ability to work with numbers.
• Excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Safety-minded with strong situational awareness.
• Available to start immediately if selected.
