Maintain building systems including HVAC, electrical and plumbing
Diagnose and make necessary repairs to production equipment
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all production equipment, including conveyors and manufacturing equipment
Maintain records of equipment repairs and preventive activities
Follow all company safety regulations, standards and policies
Assist with engineering to help improve process improvements and efficiency of production equipment
Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education DegreeTechnical Certifications or prior training in Industrial Maintenance or related field
Prior experience in Plastics Manufacturing preferred, particularly in Injection and Extrusion
Skilled in diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment
Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment, including material handling equipment, welding equipment, drill presses, lathes and grinders
Willing to respond and work overtime during production downtime periods
Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including sitting, standing and climbing.
