Our vision is to help others understand and use trees as a solution to many of the global issues we face today, including air quality, water quality, climate change, deforestation, poverty and hunger.  We need a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee projects and lead the team to success!  You Have  1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience in facilities, commercial, or similar environments  Working knowledge of general building maintenance including plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems  Carpentry skills, rough and finished.   Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills  Ability to perform physical work including lifting, climbing ladders, and working in varying indoor and outdoor conditions  Strong communication and teamwork skills  The ability to help guide and support a maintenance team while remaining actively involved in daily work  You Will  Work alongside the maintenance team performing hands-on repairs and preventative maintenance across facilities and grounds  Troubleshoot and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general facility maintenance  Help coordinate and prioritize daily maintenance tasks and work orders  Support facility improvement projects, renovations, and seasonal operational needs  Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and in alignment with company standards  Assist with maintaining tools, equipment, and maintenance records  Monitor building systems and equipment to ensure proper operation  Communicate maintenance needs and updates with other departments as needed  Schedule. You will be handling the scheduling for the maintenance team and fielding any call outs, working to find coverage for all three shifts and may need to cover shifts if no one is available.    Love Where You Work:    We’re in this together. A culture focused on kindness, collaboration and the intrinsic shared purpose to do what’s right.
