Through Arbor Day Farm, Lied Lodge, Tree Adventure, and our historic properties, we bring that mission to life—welcoming guests to experience conservation firsthand.  Join Arbor Day Farm as a Shuttle Driver and help bookend each guest’s stay with a warm welcome, a safe and comfortable ride, and meaningful service.  Your Support System  You’ll report to the Front Desk Supervisor & Director of Rooms.  You’ll collaborate with the Front Desk, Guest Services, and other teams across Lied Lodge and Arbor Day Farm.  We believe in servant leadership, open communication, and growing talent from within.  How We Work  Location: Nebraska City, Nebraska—Arbor Day Farm Campus  Schedule: This is a flexible position with hours based on guest transportation needs. Availability for early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Eligible early-morning and late-night hours will receive a shift differential.  Our campus is guest-centered and hospitality-driven. Many roles require flexibility to support weddings, conferences, seasonal festivals, and signature events. We work hard, support each other, and believe if we’re going to do something—it’s worth doing well.  What You’ll Do  Create a positive beginning and end to each guest’s experience by providing transportation to and from the Lincoln and Omaha airports for individual guests and groups.  Safely operate company vehicles while following all traffic laws, regulations, and organizational safety procedures.  Welcome guests, answer questions about the area, Arbor Day Farm, and the Arbor Day Foundation, and help them feel comfortable throughout their ride.  Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and provide additional support to passengers with disabilities, young children, or other special needs.  Help maintain company vehicles by keeping the vans clean, filling them with fuel, monitoring service lights, and occasionally taking them in for scheduled maintenance.  Maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance and represent Arbor Day Farm with warmth, responsibility, and care.  What You’ll Bring  A genuine passion for hospitality, guest service, and the Foundation’s mission.  Strong customer service and communication skills, along with a friendly, positive attitude.  A dependable, team-first mindset and pride in following through on responsibilities.  The ability to take direction, work independently, and adapt to changing schedules and guest needs.  A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.  The ability to meet company insurance requirements, including being at least 25 years old.  The ability to safely assist guests with luggage and other belongings.  A commitment to high standards—because good enough is not good enough.  What Success Looks Like  Guests feel welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they are picked up until they safely reach their destination.  Transportation is provided safely, professionally, and on schedule.  Company vehicles remain clean, fueled, and ready for each trip.  You serve as a knowledgeable and positive ambassador for Lied Lodge, Arbor Day Farm, Nebraska City and the Arbor Day Foundation.  Love Where You Work: Benefits & Perks  We’re in this together.
