Needham Heights, MA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
In-Person (Hybrid possible after 90 days)
$27.00–$31.00/hour (based on experience)
Love solving problems and keeping things moving? We’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist with energy, organization, and a “get it done” attitude. You’ll be the voice our customers hear and the behind-the-scenes hero managing service calls, schedules, and updates, keeping everything running smoothly. We’ll appreciate you for it!

What You’ll Be Doing (A Day in the Life)
You’ll never have the same day twice, but here’s what your day will usually include:
• Answering service calls with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Creating accurate service requests and managing details
• Helping customers with questions and resolving issues
• Acting quickly on urgent tasks and troubleshooting when needed
• Communicating with techs on scheduling and updates
• Providing clear quotes for services and costs
• Pitching in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly
• Assisting with tasks like preparing invoices with proper pricing and details

• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Skilled at multitasking and staying calm under pressure
• Able to work independently and thrive in a team
• Self-motivated, quick to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with third-party billing and ERP software (preferred)

- Successful completion of drug screen and criminal background check
- Must be at least 18 years old
