You’ll be the voice our customers hear and the behind-the-scenes hero managing service calls, schedules, and updates, keeping everything running smoothly. We’ll appreciate you for it!

What You’ll Be Doing (A Day in the Life)

• Answer service calls with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Create accurate service requests and manage details
• Assist customers and resolve issues quickly
• Dispatch and communicate with technicians via dispatching software
• Manage schedules and updates to keep things running smoothly
• Act quickly on urgent tasks and troubleshoot as needed
• Provide clear quotes and prepare invoices with correct pricing
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep operations flowing

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Skilled at multitasking and staying calm under pressure
• Able to work independently and thrive in a team
• Self-motivated, quick to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
• Experienced in customer service (dispatching, billing, or ERP systems is a plus)
