Service Support Specialist / Dispatcher

Needham Heights, MA | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
 
This is an in-person position

$24.00–$31.00/hour (based on experience)
 
Love solving problems and keeping things moving? We’re hiring a Customer Service Specialist/Dispatcher with energy, organization, and a “get it done” attitude. You’ll be the voice our customers hear and the behind-the-scenes hero managing service calls, schedules, and updates, keeping everything running smoothly. We’ll appreciate you for it!
 
What You’ll Be Doing (A Day in the Life)
You’ll never have the same day twice, but here’s what your day will usually include:
• Answer service calls with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Create accurate service requests and manage details
• Assist customers and resolve issues quickly
• Dispatch and communicate with technicians via dispatching software
• Manage schedules and updates to keep things running smoothly
• Act quickly on urgent tasks and troubleshoot as needed
• Provide clear quotes and prepare invoices with correct pricing
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep operations flowing
You’ll Crush This Role If You’re…
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Skilled at multitasking and staying calm under pressure
• Able to work independently and thrive in a team
• Self-motivated, quick to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
• Experienced in customer service (dispatching, billing, or ERP systems is a plus)
The Physical Stuff (Nothing Wild)
• Mostly office-based work
• Occasional light lifting of supplies or boxes
• A mix of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day
• Using computers, phones, and standard office equipment
