Wingate Residences at Needham is seeking a part-time certified lifeguard to work every Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 11am.

Job Purpose: The key purpose of the certified lifeguard is to provide a safe aquatic experience for all residents/swimmers.

Qualifications

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Current American Red Cross Lifeguarding certification
Knowledge of lifesaving methods and procedures, including first aid and standard resuscitation measures.
Ability to react quickly and calmly in emergencies.
Ability to perform rescue actions, administer first aid and CPR.
