Goldfish Swim School is hiring Front Desk Representatives to support our mission of teaching life-saving water safety skills while delivering a GOLDEN experience for families. Job Type: Part-Time
Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
Hours Required: Minimum of 2 shifts/week (Avg. shift length: 5 hrs/day)

What You'll Do
- Greet and assist families in person, over the phone, and via email/text
- Educate families on Goldfish programs, scheduling, and enrollment options
- Complete registration, billing tasks, and daily reports accurately
- Maintain a welcoming front desk environment and support daily facility operations
- Collaborate with pool deck team to ensure a smooth swimming experience
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Strong communication, organization, customer service skills and reliability
- Must be comfortable working with computers and web-based systems
- Able to learn new technology quickly and navigate Google Workspace platforms
- Sales, customer service, childcare or hospitality experience preferred
- Swim Instructor training and Lifeguard certification required as part of the role
Training & Growth
- Paid training provided
- Lifeguard certification is required while employed
- Courses made available to you for completion within 90 days of employment
