About The Opportunity

The Pricing Quote Analyst will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and comprehensive pricing quotations for our customer鈥檚 projects. This role will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, working within project management and ERP systems, to compile all specifications and project inputs needed to build an accurate cost estimate, maximize internal capabilities, and execute to the pricing strategy.
  • Reviews project specifications and customer requirements to develop a comprehensive understanding of requirements to meet expectations and accuracy.

  • Collaborates cross-functionally to gather necessary information and ensure pricing quotes align with client expectations, internal capabilities, and drive accurate estimated costs for operational performance evaluation.

  • Utilizes estimating software, spreadsheets, and other tools to calculate costs, analyze data, and generate accurate and timely pricing quotes and estimated operational layouts.

  • Assures compliance to company pricing policies and practices.

  • Sets performance goals, conducts performance evaluations, and takes action to improve efficiency and accuracy.

  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of pricing quotes.

  • Provide ongoing project status updates to internal stakeholders, including project timelines, costs, and potential risks.

  • Actively fosters a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to cost estimating and share knowledge with the team

Work Experience Required

At least 2 years related experience required.

Additional Job Requirements

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Bachelor鈥檚 Degree preferred and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Knowledge of the packaging industry, display materials, pricing practices, and production

processes is a plus.

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 SAP experience is a plus

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify any potential pitfalls

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Excellent communication and collaboration skills

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Detail oriented, highly organized, with the ability to manage and delegate multiple priorities in a

fast-paced environment

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proactive and collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across cross-

functional teams

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Understanding of workflows and how data is stored and utilized within the project

management & ERP systems

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Proficient with Microsoft Excel

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Primarily works in an office environment with occasional time spent in a production and/or

warehouse setting

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽 Position may be based at Menasha Packaging site or customer location
