Role Summary

The Private Banking Associate supports Private Bankers and Specialists in delivering exceptional service to high net worth clients. This role coordinates loan and deposit documentation, manages portfolio maintenance, and ensures compliance with regulatory and internal standards. You will gain hands-on experience with complex financial solutions while building strong partnerships across the bank.

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate new loan requests and renewals, including application submission, documentation review, and loan booking to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

  • Monitor loan portfolios by tracking renewals, reviewing financial statements, and supporting asset quality management.

  • Process deposit and loan transactions, including account openings, wire transfers, stop payments, and other client service requests.

  • Partner with internal teams such as credit, legal, and customer care to resolve complex transactions and client issues.

  • Support Private Bankers with scheduling, reporting, client outreach, and preparation of presentation materials.

  • Ensure all documentation and account activity meet compliance, risk management, and regulatory standards.

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of banking, financial services, or administrative experience

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting high net worth clients

  • Experience with loan and deposit documentation processes
