Do you enjoy managing a winning team?

As Plant Manager of our Neenah, WI location you will be responsible for directing, planning, and execution of the company's strategic plan relating to all manufacturing operations. Managing internal projects and communicating production metrics and service impacts to maintain schedules.  Experience managing 80+ personnel working in multiple trade areas.  The candidate we are looking for must be individually motivated and results driven, problem solving, and deep analytical and data management skills will contribute to the success of the operation.

Responsibilities

  • Best practices implemented through Lean Enterprise; 5S, TPM, SWI, PDCA, etc.
  • Ensure that, as the company grows, manufacturing capabilities meet or exceed all industry and customer requirements for cost, quality and responsiveness
  • Working with Customer Service/Sales in production scheduling, estimating, work in process reporting and other manufacturing issues to meet customers’ expectations.
  • Experience in ERP systems (LN, SAP, etc.)
  • Defines and recommends objectives in each area of operations. Develops specific short and long-term plans and programs, together with supporting budget requests and financial estimates

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree from a college or university in a related field; or an Associate Degree from a two-year college; or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience. Effective written and oral communication skills in English along with presentation, negotiation and analytical skills.
