Incentive Highlights

• SIGN-ON BONUS: Up to $5,000.00 (Based on certifications)

• RELOCATION BONUS: Up to $2,500.00 (For candidates relocating from outside of 60 miles of the dealership)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance work accurately and efficiently in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions using diagnostic tools and perform necessary repairs.

• Communicate effectively with the Parts Department to obtain required components.

• Collaborate with Service Advisors and Service Management to complete work in a timely manner and ensure accurate customer updates.

• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify safety concerns or preventative maintenance needs.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with dealership and OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of related automotive repair/maintenance experience or equivalent technical training.

• Certifications: State certification or Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications preferred, but not required.

• Driver's License: Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Tools: Personal set of basic automotive tools appropriate for daily service work.

• Attributes: Strong problem-solving ability, dedication to quality workmanship, and a customer-first mindset.
