What You'll Do

- Provide individual and small-group coaching using CHADS' Social Emotional Well-Being curriculum.
- Deliver targeted social-emotional learning interventions.
- Support educators with classroom strategies that promote engagement, emotional regulation, and resilience.
- Collaborate with administrators, counselors, and support teams to address student needs.
- Participate in student support and behavioral care team meetings.
- Engage parents and caregivers with resources and education.
- Facilitate staff training on student mental health and well-being.
- Maintain program fidelity, documentation, and outcome reporting.
- Meet performance goals and participate in ongoing supervision and professional development.
- Represent CHADS professionally within schools and the community.

Qualifications
Required:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience working with youth in educational, behavioral health, or youth development settings.
- Experience supporting social-emotional learning or youth development.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and documentation skills.
- Ability to facilitate individual and group interventions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and virtual platforms.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience working in K–12 schools.
- Experience delivering professional development to educators.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices, youth mental health, and suicide prevention.
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary school teams.
This is a full-time, 9-month, school-based position that follows the academic calendar. Hours align with the school day, with occasional evening events, trainings, or family engagement activities. Some local travel may be required.
Starting Salary: $35,880+, based on experience
