General Assembly 2nd Shift (Neillsville, WI)

Key Responsibilities:   

• Operate and troubleshoot machines/processes required to manufacture
• Assist with set-up and operate assigned machines in area to produce finished product
• Apply all safety, quality, ITAR, and other plant processes and procedures to the products
• Complete proper paperwork per station
• Keep work area safe and clean (5S – Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain)
• Responsible for quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations
• Perform other duties as directed by the Team Leader and/or Manager

Qualifications:

• Ability to work well with others
• Ability to follow directions
• Ability to read blueprints, job data sheets, safety instructions, etc.
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated

Education & Experience: 

• 1-2 years experience working in a similar position is preferred

Physical Requirements: 

• Routinely Lift up to 35 pounds
• Stand/walk >90% of the time
