Team ThreeNB is hiring for an Axe and Grounds Maintenance position. This position will be focused on the outdoor interactive areas of our 10-acre property. This includes our indoor axe throwing lanes, our backyard space, and public event spaces. The role entails completing ongoing maintenance, completing special projects, and ensuring property aesthetics.

This position has an age requirement of at least 18 years of age.

What you’ll do?

• Ensure the facility, lanes and equipment are always event-ready and be able to assist in all aspects to keep things running smoothly.

• Ensure property is in good standing; including but not limited to Cabanas, rope lighting (bulbs, etc), stage setup for live music, and other outdoor spaces.

• Assist team in pond maintenance

• Perform light landscaping such as pulling weeds, removing leaves, mulching and edging as needed, and other basic grounds tasks.

• Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned, including but not limited to, painting, minor carpentry and basic repair

Schedule availability we are looking for?

• Available Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 11:00AM

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The position may require lifting of products weighing up to 160 pounds.
