​​Using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, work instructions and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble machinery.​Â

- ​​Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes and proceduresÂ
- ​Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements to meet Quality StandardsÂ
- ​Proficient use of equipment required by the job functionÂ
- ​Adhere to safety, quality, inventory and production guidelinesÂ
- ​Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Production SupervisorÂ
- ​Assemble equipment for final operationÂ
- ​Perform troubleshooting as requiredÂ
- ​Explores methods of improving efficiency, speed, and quality of work being doneÂ
- ​Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions.Â

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s):Â
- ​​Basic knowledge and understanding of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production or precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models. Â
- ​Ability to perform basic math (add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers in addition to understanding fractions and decimals). Â
- ​Possess the ability to read and understand both written and verbal instructions. Â
- ​Must be able to read basic prints/schematics.Â
- ​Must be able to read and use tape measure, rule and square to fit parts and assemblies.  Â
- ​Adhere to safety, quality, inventory and production guidelinesÂ
- ​Report problems with quality, processes, equipment and materials to Group Lead/SupervisorÂ
- ​Assemble equipment for final operationÂ
