Key Responsibilities:

  • Register patients in a timely and accurate manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls with professionalism
  • Verify and update patient and insurance information
  • Assist with scheduling, data entry, and general office support
  • Deliver friendly and efficient customer service to patients, staff, and visitors
  • Complete other duties as assigned to support the department as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or medical office setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
