Clinic Receptionist - Join Our Friendly Team!

We are looking for a welcoming and dependable Receptionist to be the friendly first point of contact for our patients. In this role, you'll help create a positive experience by greeting patients, keeping appointments running smoothly, and assisting with scheduling as needed.

The Receptionist answers incoming phone calls and directs questions or messages to the appropriate team members. You'll also collect insurance information and co-pays while providing courteous and efficient service.

What we're looking for:

• Strong typing and computer skills
• Helpful clerical experience
• A friendly, organized, and patient-focused attitude

Some medical background (such as Certified Nurse Aide, ward secretary, or similar experience) is preferred, but not required-we're happy to train the right person.
