The team plays a significant role in fueling revenue growth and profitability through operational excellence, quality, and process improvement.
The Production Supervisor is the front-line manager of the manufacturing process adding value and quality to the inputs and create the high-quality final products. Your focus would be coordinating production, taking the forefront in safety and quality, employee engagement and compliance with regulatory needs.Â
Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 1+ years leadership background OR High School degree with 4+ years of leadership experience.
Required Experience:
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow.
- Strong demonstrated computer skills.
- Ability to direct, influence and coach staff.
- Ability to work with management to reach and maintain production schedules and goals.
- Communicator, decision maker, quality orientation, technical/professional knowledge, customer focus, time management and oriented toward process improvement.
Minimum qualification:
- 18 years or older.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work in cold and/or hot temperatures throughout the day.
- Adhere to all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensures a safe working environment for employees.
- Strong work ethic.
- Train and engage employees
Preferred Experience:
- Self-Reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision.
- Able to trouble shoot mechanical problems.
- Advanced Safety training.
- HACCP training/certifications.
- Ability to be flexible in work performed and schedule.
- Knowledge of various pieces of high tech manufacturing processing and packaging equipment. Examples include but not limited to baggers, palletizers and cookers.
- Above average organizational skills.
Hours: 2nd Shift hours are Monday through Friday; 2:30pm-11:30pm
Salary: $69,040 - $103,560
In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges
